Are our Veggies Organic?

This is a question that we will get many times over the next few months. The only grower that is 100% certified organic is Nortex nursery. They have the tags that say blue label on them, we get most of our herbs and some (not many) vegetables from them. The rest of our growers use safe practices but are not technically organic.
